Refund Policy

Because we take zero payment upfront, our refund policy is simple and fair.

1. No Upfront Payment

We never charge you before you see your website. You receive a private preview link, review the complete website, request changes, and pay only when you are happy. This model eliminates most payment disputes by design. There is nothing to refund before you decide to pay.

2. If You Are Not Satisfied With the Preview

If after reviewing your website preview you are not happy with the work, tell us what needs to change. We will revise it until you are satisfied. You do not pay until you are happy.

If after revisions we are still unable to meet your expectations, you owe us nothing. No payment, no obligation.

3. After Payment Is Made

Once you have approved the website and made full payment, the project is considered complete. At this stage, the website has been reviewed and accepted by you. Post-payment changes are handled under our monthly maintenance plan (Rs. 999 per month).

Refunds are not available after payment has been made and the website has been approved and delivered.

4. If We Miss the Delivery Deadline

We commit to 3-5 working days for Starter and Professional plans, and 5-7 working days for the Premium plan. The timeline begins from receipt of your completed intake form.

If we miss the committed delivery date for reasons on our side, we will discuss resolution options with you, which may include a partial credit toward future work.

5. Technical Issues After Delivery

If a technical issue arises with the website within 30 days of delivery that is directly caused by our work, we will fix it at no charge. This does not cover issues arising from changes made by the client or third-party service outages.
