Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging with Pingala.studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service
Pingala.studio designs and develops professional websites for Indian businesses. Services are provided as described in our pricing plans: Starter (Rs. 4,999), Professional (Rs. 9,999), and Premium (Rs. 19,999).
The scope of each plan is as described on our pricing page. Any features not listed in the selected plan are not included unless agreed upon separately in writing.
2. Payment
Full payment is due only after you have reviewed and approved your website preview. No advance payment is required at any stage. The website goes live only upon receipt of full payment for the agreed plan.
Payment is accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods communicated via WhatsApp.
3. Delivery Timeline
For Starter and Professional plans: 3 to 5 working days. For the Premium plan: 5 to 7 working days. The timeline begins from the date we receive your completed intake form with all required information (business details, services, photos, contact information).
Delays caused by incomplete information from the client do not count toward our delivery timeline commitment.
4. Revisions and Changes
We work with you to revise the website until you are satisfied, prior to payment. After payment and delivery, any additional changes are chargeable at our standard rates. Monthly maintenance plans are available for ongoing updates.
5. Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the website and all content included in it. Pingala.studio retains no rights to the delivered website or its content.
Pingala.studio retains the right to display completed projects as portfolio examples unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, legal content, and photos they have the right to use. Pingala.studio is not liable for any claims arising from inaccurate or unlicensed content provided by the client.
7. Hosting and Domain
Websites are hosted on Cloudflare Pages under Pingala.studio's account for the first year (free). Domain registration is the client's responsibility and is billed separately (approximately Rs. 500 to 1,000 per year). After the first year, hosting arrangements will be communicated in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pingala.studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
